Exchanges and Returns

If you have received your order and wish to exchange and/or return it, you have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to contact us via our email geral@panqueco.com , indicating the order number and whether you wish to exchange or return the item(s).

PanquEco reserves the right to refuse returns where communication has been made outside the established deadline and where the items are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.

The costs associated with sending items to be exchanged and/or returned are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be sent by registered mail.

In case of exchange, shipping the new item will cost €4.99.

Once we have received your return at our facilities, the items will be checked and, after confirming that they are in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund in accordance with the items received. The shipping cost of the returned items will not be refunded.

Refunds are made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our facilities.
