Object The general sales conditions presented aim to provide and define all the information necessary for the customer regarding the ordering, sales, campaign conditions, payment and delivery of purchases made on the websitewww.panqueco.com .
These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place your order and guarantee its tracking between the contracting parties.
PanquEco is not responsible for any damage caused by the use or inability to access our website.
PanquEco's online store is hosted on Shopify, which is responsible for providing the e-commerce platform, allowing us to sell the products published on it.
Order If the user wishes to place an order, he/she must add the product(s) he/she wishes to order to the shopping basket and complete the purchase process presented on the websitewww.panqueco.com.
In order for the order to be sent, the user must provide the requested information, with the option of logging in as an alternative, and it is necessary to provide a combination of email and password chosen by the user when registering.
The user must complete the information and choose the options made available to them throughout the order completion process, such as delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, NIF and name that they wish to appear on the invoice for tax purposes.
The final confirmation of the order by the user corresponds to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale on our website, as well as the General Conditions of Sale presented, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract, once concluded.
PanquEco will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. In the event of an item being unavailable, PanquEco undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the customer, based on the information provided by the customer. Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.
Campaign Conditions If the customer wishes to place an order on the website www.panqueco.com, using one of our discount codes, they must log in to their customer account, place the product(s) they wish to purchase in the basket and enter the discount code in their cart, before finalizing the order.
Subscribers Code The 10% welcome discount code is only valid for new subscribers and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Sets Purchases made in the "sets" tab are limited to existing stock and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Reinvent For each item in good condition that the customer returns to us, from the brands we sell, they will receive a code for up to 20% discount, which cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
The discount code is received via email or collected at our showroom, depending on the selection process for donating items to our store.
Sales The sales campaign is limited to existing stock and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Promotional codes are not exchangeable for cash.
PanquEco reserves the right to suspend or cancel the campaign at any time and without prior notice, if circumstances so require.
Delivery and delivery After confirmation and payment of the order, the items in stock will be prepared by our team and sent by CTT Expresso within 1 to 3 working days.
For orders under €40, in mainland Portugal, shipping costs of €4.99 will be added to the order value.
For orders under €50, in the islands of Madeira and the Azores, shipping costs of €10.00 will be added to the order value.
For orders over €40 in mainland Portugal and €50 in Madeira and the Azores, no shipping costs will be charged.
Price Prices are to be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
PanquEco reserves the right to change the price of items at any time without prior notice.
Image quality Due to the browser and monitor used by our customer, in terms of images and colors, the products presented on the website www.panqueco.com may not fully correspond to reality.

If you wish to return an item, we ask that you do not remove the label, otherwise PanquEco has the right to refuse an order.
Cancellation of purchase at the customer's request After placing an order, if the customer wishes to cancel it, please contact us via our mobile number +351 916 993 550 and/oremail geral@panqueco.comso that we can validate whether the order is still pending shipment and it is possible to proceed with its cancellation.
If the order is accepted, the customer will be informed of this decision using the initial communication method and payment will be processed free of charge. If the order is no longer possible, the order will be sent and the customer must refuse it, with the shipping costs initially paid being the customer's sole responsibility.
Right to not accept an order / Cancel a purchase PanquEco reserves the right not to accept or cancel an order, even after automatic confirmation, when there is no longer any stock of the product, with the payment being duly returned to the customer; the billing/delivery address is not correct; the order is flagged as incorrect or susceptible to fraud, payment is not received within a maximum period of three working days and if it is detected that the price indicated on our website is incorrect.
Responsibility PanquEco will only be liable for damages resulting from breaches of contractual obligations or applicable legal liability, and will not be held liable for the improper use of products or for damages resulting from incorrect information on the website.
The limitations of liability do not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent.
